Jacques Bermon Webster, II (born April 30 1991) is often referred to as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is a popular American rapper. Scott is also a singer, songwriter record producer, singer, and songwriter. His stage name is a mixture of the name of a favourite uncle and the stage name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi) and it is his first major-label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a publishing agreement with Kanye's GOOD Music. In April 2013, he signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. The record was released under the Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released as a self-release. In 2013 Scott released the mixtape on his own Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the debut album from the studio. The hit single "Antidote" was the album's lead track. His second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016), became his first number one album on the Billboard 200. Scott's second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016), was a collaboration with Quavo. It was titled Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his debut Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" with Drake. Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys was released on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Following the release of his single "Franchise" featuring Young Thug as well as M.I.A., Scott was in a position to release the album compilation JackBoys. Scott was the first rapper to reach the top spot on the Hot 100 with three songs within a mere one year.
